WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As an Assistant Site Superintendent, you’ll support the site team building our Oakville project, where Podium is the Construction Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Supporting the site superintendent in day-to-day site operations.

·        Coordination with all the trade contractors and suppliers.

·        Health and Safety plan enforcement on the site.

·        Quality assurance implementation on site.

·        Deficiency resolution on site.

·        Managing any own forces skilled and general labour.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·        Basic computer skills

·        Strong communications skills

·        Strong technical construction understanding

·        Minimum 2 years’ experience working in construction management
